1. AI assistant, not decision-maker
HatuaBid helps locate requirements, organise evidence, identify possible risks and prepare working outputs. It is not the procuring entity, a lawyer, an auditor, a financial adviser or a substitute for an experienced tender professional.
2. AI can be wrong
AI may misread a table, scan, spreadsheet, clause, amendment or cross-reference. Page and clause references support verification; they do not remove the need for verification.
3. Official documents control
The official tender, notices, addenda, extensions, clarifications and procuring-entity instructions always take priority. Missing or unreadable evidence is a gap, not proof that a requirement does not exist.
4. Human-confirmed matters
Eligibility, technical claims, prices, taxes, forms, signatures, stamps, original bid securities, pagination, packaging, upload, delivery and final approval remain human-confirmed responsibilities.
5. No guaranteed award
HatuaBid cannot guarantee that a bid will be responsive, pass evaluation or win. The bidder remains responsible for the bid / no-bid decision and final submission.
